Despite having a strong customer base across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe, Huntress had no local event marketing team to support event execution. That’s where we came in.
The brief was clear: Huntress needed a partner who could support all their EMEA events, someone who understood the MSP space, could handle logistics end-to-end, and bring their brand to life across every touchpoint. Our role was to support marketing in driving leads for the sales team while delivering a seamless, scalable event programme.
We launched and continue to manage Huntress’s EMEA roadshow series, which began in small venues like pubs and has scaled into a full programme. From, venue sourcing to LED walls, professional video to side studios for customer testimonials, we make sure every event feels unmistakably Huntress.
And it doesn’t stop there. We build and manage their expo booths, store and deliver their swag, handle AV production, and provide warehousing to reduce shipping costs. From planning the full-year calendar to executing every detail, we deliver a fully rounded solution that supports Huntress across every event format.
